Prompt and professional call back regarding message left for service request. I was able to get solid pricing and estimate for services during my call and was also provided applicable digging fees if required on property.

Mike arrived on time as scheduled and was extremely polite and courteous. He explained the process of his on site activities and thoroughly noted any addition fees if digging was necessary.

He asked our permission to use our hose / water which I appreciated and left everything tidy and neat after job was completed.

Weidner Septic was very reasonable on their cost for service and I would recommend their company for promptness, price and professionalism.

The company made two pre-calls (I asked for an appointment two weeks in advance), and called the morning of the visit to inform me that the truck was rolling. Mike showed up right on time -- much better than most of the service companies in this area -- and was ready to get to work.

He was totally professional, very informative on how my system operated, and made sure that I understood exactly what was being done at every step. He also shared some helpful ideas on how to keep my (well maintained) system up to best condition, and wrapped everything up in roughly two hours.

The company had to delay pumping due to their truck being down for repairs, the local dealer was not making a good faith effort to fix truck due to complexity of the problem. Monday they called and advised that Mike would be there in thirty minutes, sure enough he showed up on time.

Showed him where the tank was he went straight to work. We talked while he was working and he gave me good information on maintenance of my septic and how to determine if there were problems. He even sprayed down the tanks and inspected them before leaving. Could not ask for more, Mike was great!

Mike arrived as scheduled and got to work immediately. He located the tank and removed the dirt covering the two manholes. He then proceeded to pump the septic tank and filled in the dirt after all was done. He was very courteous, patiently answered all my questions and all work was completed in a very timely manner.

The charges included the fee of digging up the manholes, which I was informed of when making the call for an appointment. I will definitely use Weidner (Mike) again as septic needs arise.

This was the third time I used Weidner for septic tank pumping. They are responsive and service oriented. On the morning of the scheduled service date, I called to ask if they could come before a certain time so I could pick up my children from school.

They immediately put me next on the list and arrived soon after. Mike, the service technician, knows his business and is courteous and professional. He told me what he would do and made sure I agreed before he proceeded.

The Weidner pumping truck is large and my access road is long and narrow. Mike was very careful driving in and out. I recommend this company.

Called them on 18 Jan., they said they would be there the next morning, they were there on time and called before coming to confirm. Overall it was excellent. Very professional service. I called them on 18 Jan, they told me they would be there the next morning.

They were there on time, called before arrival to let my wife know they were on their way. The serviceman was courteous and professional, called me at work and gave me a thorough review of what he found, what the conditions of the tanks and pump looked like, etc.

It was a pleasure to work with Weidner Septic and I would highly recommend them for any septic servicing.

Service was excellent. On time, great work and provided an explanation of the workings of an aerated septic system.

Arrived on time to drain and flush my aerobic septic system. Took about 2-3 hours. Excellent work. The system has worked great due to their knowledge of that type septic system and their work effort.

They will be the first to call if we have any other problems with our system.
